Community Health Event!

This Community Health Event will have a Free Food Giveaway along with Free Health Screenings & COVID Testing/ Vaccines. The Madison County Health Department mobile unit's health screening and these free resources will be available from 11 AM to 1 PM on the corner of Nichol and Raible in Anderson, IN. All screenings are free; cholesterol screenings, COVID-19 vaccines, BP screenings, diabetes (HgbA1C) screenings, SRD testing, HIV testing, HCV testing.
